Behind the Lens
A glimpse into what started it all and how it continues to fuel my creative spirit.

Bricks on Shelves
to Stories on Screen
Hey there — I'm Wen Kiong, a LEGO photographer based in Singapore. What started as casual snapshots of my collection on Instagram soon became something more. I wanted to do more than just collect and shelve my minifigures and sets.

FromCollectortoCreator
I've always been a minifigure collector at heart. Over time, that passion grew into a love for capturing their stories, one photo at a time.
Reignited my love for LEGO with a Rogue One battle pack, all for the Death Trooper.
The collection grew beyond Star Wars, and so did the BrickLink orders.
Launched my LEGO Instagram (@legofiesta) with a custom DC minifigure display lit by LEDs.
Shot my first camera-based photos, featuring the Friends apartment set (thanks to a friend's loan!).
Moved beyond the lightbox, testing new lighting setups and digital backdrops.
Grateful to LEGO France 🇫🇷 (@legofrance) my Disney Princess photo was featured on LEGO's official channels.
Sharing my LEGO photography journey on a site I designed and built, inspiring others to create.
🎉

Beyond LEGO Photography
Toy photography is my passion, but there's more to the story. Here's a glimpse into what sparks my creativity when I'm not fiddling with LEGO.
More to be revealed soon!

I was trained in drawing, 3D modeling, and animation, but sketching remains one of my favorite creative escapes. I'm especially inspired by DC Comics legend Jim Lee. His work—and his livestreams—remind me why I love putting pencil to paper.
